The quality of service is second to none I have experienced, the food is Michelin star quality and the rooms and decor is impressive. The owners have done an amazing job at operating this resort. "The room was clean, the check in person was super friendly, didn’t get to use the pool because of timing. There is a resturant on site that is open during the day and there is a supermarket within about 5 mins walking distance."

"WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "

"Wonderful view. Palm trees, the bay and water breaking over the reef Beach staff, Jose and Lucy we warm and attentive. Carlton in water sports was accommodating and brought smile the face The butler staff was very new to me but made getting to know the property very easy and quick allowing us to get the most out of our 6 day stay"
