"Mas Séraphin is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are very welcoming and the room so clean and well-presented. Lots of little touches like shared use of a fridge freezer, breakfast included, etc. helped make this a relaxing stay. The location is great for exploring Provence - from the beaux villages of Gordes, Loumarin, Roussillon to the lavender in Sault or flamingoes of the Camargue. Thanks for a great stay! "

"Nous avons vécu un enfer. La réservation a été faite sur expédia. A l'arrivée à 19 heures 30, il y avait une enveloppe scotchée sur la vitrine du local d'accueil avec un plan sur lequel figurait le n° de l'appartement et mon nom. Mais pas de clé et aucune instruction. Nous avons pensé que le logement serait ouvert. Pas du tout. Nous avons contacté Expédia par téléphone qui a tenté de joindre ODALYS. "This hotel is a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Designed to convey rustic charm it actually provides high end amenities all round. We got an upgrade on check in. We had room 17 which was absolutely lovely with a large sitting area. The views from anywhere in the hotel are lovely and the staff very helpful. "

"Superb location, quiet and easy access. The transition into a boutique hotel has worked and delivers a very good experience. The on=site restaurant operates at a high standard but when staying foe several days the menu is quickly consumed, perhaps a menu change a couple of times per week would enhance the experience but there are other restaurants to suit most pockets nearby,"

I DESERVE A REFUND

"I could not get into the hotel, but they still took my money anyways. I messaged the hotel days in advance of my late arrival, as the hotel policy required for a late check-in. The hotel ignored me and did not reply. Hotels.com did not give me a refund either because its robot could not figure out how to do it. Very disappointed. "
