"I can't give a good rating when your elevator is out of order for guest with 2 large suitcases to carry through stairs to the 6th floor. Great location and staff. But no room cleaning."

"The Air conditioning for any hotel let alone a supposedly 5 star hotel was terrible, in fact it was a non-existent. I had 3 nights of no sleep and when I complained to the reception they gave me a minature fan!! This of course had no effect. Good location and breakfast was ok BUT avoid this hotel if you value getting any sleep during your stay! "

"The hotel was in a good area, and the staff was super friendly. However, I found the room to be a bit uncomfortable. The bed wasn’t comfortable and my room didn’t get any natural light. I don’t think I would stay again. Also the comforter and pillows were awful. I had a hard time sleeping "
