O hotel é caro pelo que oferece, a garagem é a conta certa pra um carro normal, carro sedan ou SUV passa aperto, muito curto, pelo tamanho do hotel deveria ter vários atendentes para o check ine tinha apenas dois e a net bem devagar, o quarto é grande, mais como fui de casal nos colocaram em um com duas camas de solteiro e juntaram fazendo a cama king que estava na descrição da reserva, o blindex do banheiro mal dava pra se mexer de tão pequeno que é, é um padrão bem menor do q os outros. O café da manhã é bom. Nota 6,5

O quarto com varanda estava bem conservado. Moveis armarios pias e eletrodomésticos em bom estado. O box de banho bem montado, chuveiro no teto, agua quente central, apenas precisa melhorar um pouco a limpeza no rejunte dos azulejos do box. Excelente café da manhã.

Hotel estava bem cheio em razão de eventos na cidade. Por isso, o serviço deixou bastante a desejar. Filas grandes pada check in e check out, só havia uma pessoa para fazer check in. Elevadores pequenos e q nao comportavam toda a demanda do hotel. Me parece que não estavam tão organizados para um alto número de reservas.

Hotel decadente. Sujo. Sem cuidados de limpeza e manutenção. Pessimo custo benefício. Funcionários lentos e sem treinamento adequado. Os quartos tem uma configuração ótima, mas as condições são péssimas. Uma pena pq JF merece ter bons hotéis. Até as cortinas estão sujas, despencandos e fedorentas. Travesseiros suados, fedidos e sujos. Um horror! Nunca mais!

Quarto sem conforto. Não disponibilizam nem copo no quarto. Roupa de cama suja. Atendimento impessoal.Estacionamento no 3o andar só prédio. A rampa de acesso é tão íngreme que em dia de chuva o veículo derrapa e não sobe. E pode. Encontrar outro veículo descendo pois a acesso para subir e descer é a mesma.

Uma lástima. 300 reais para uma hospedagem horrível. Roupa de cama suja, atendimento deficitário, não tinha xampu no banheiro, e o atendimento muito ruim! Tive que ligar externamente pois não atendiam na recepção Vergonhoso!
