"Not very happy with the service at the pool and the restaurant bar .. took a long time to service us and I also felt the and drinks where very overpriced it’s ridiculous of paying a lot for just only two drinks parking was an another issue and issue with no signs for bathroom around the hotel very had to find but I think I probably won’t come to this hotel again over all was an ok experience not to thrilled about the place.."

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"The room was decent but it wasn’t worth the price that we paid. No one cleaned our room the entire stay, I called front desk and asked about room service and the gentleman said that they were short staff, and they will not be cleaning our room during our stay. That was very disappointing. We had to call down for tissue, and paper towels. They were out of paper towels , and we had to go and pick up our own tissue because they couldn’t leave the front desk. "We enjoyed our stay at the resort. All staff members were friendly. The beds were very comfortable, rooms clean also the grits, eggs and cheese was delicious. The meal would have been completed with some beef or turkey based meat."

"The resort had absolutely everything we needed! Didn't have to leave during our stay! The rooms were comfortable and provided a nice place to relax to catch our breath. Lots of things to do for the lil kiddos!"
