"Très bon accueil ! Les nouveaux propriétaires ont a coeur la satisfaction de leurs clients. L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du centre de Lons. Pk a disposition. Certains espaces auraient encore besoin d'etre rafraichis, mais nul doute que ce sera fait progressivement. Bonne adresse pour découvrir Lons et sa région !"

"Service at the front desk was terrible. We were forced to pay on Saturday night although we were leaving on Sunday. There was no soap and no toilet paper in the room. When called the front desk about and she said she will arrive but never did. I went downstairs and she gave me a small bottle of shower gel for two and told me to get the toilet paper from a counter in the restaurant area. She mentioned she mentioned she will refill the shower gel dispenser and never did. Reviews at Google maps...

"Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop when travelling to Italy. Panicked when I saw check in closed at 9pm but as long as you have paid upfront you can check in on a computer there and are given a PIN code for your room. Room is what you expect, simple but clean. "
