"Perfect location 2 min walk from old town with spotless, extremely spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants right outside the door. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is huge with a large variety, totally worth 22 EUR. Provide surveilled luggage storage (only staff enter the storage area). Pool is amazing with waterfall, water jets, gorgeous view of old town. Sauna and steam rooms are very relaxing."

Its automatic booking in...via a consol so no service there...but yes, i did interact via message Before i went and that was a positive experience... The bed and pullows was A1...so comfy.. the shower-really good pressure. Went to the restaurant, but unable to get any ones attention to even be seated so ate in the 'old town'"

Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "
