"There was a floodlight outside that was flashing on and off. The only hot food selection was the waffle. There was no coffee. The coffee machine was not working. The desk clerk was unaware of this. The actual room was okay. But it was hard to get to outlets for my computer and CPAP."

"I only had a few issues with the stay that I didn’t complain about. One our room was hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The unit in the room was off and wouldn’t turn on. The controller on wall only had the base mounted no controller. The breakfast was horrible very bland and empty trays. Our 2nd morning we decided to go elsewhere and pay to eat. Other then those issues the stay was good."

"We had just stayed for 5 nights at the Homewood suites in wilmington north carolina and what a difference. The one in bel air is definitely older. Our room had a strong mildew odor that was very off putting. Even our dog didn't like the smell. This room didn't have a desk like the other one but it did have 2 TV remotes. The ottoman was leather and peeling as was the arm chair. Toilet lid was broken, I thought it was going to fall off every time I lifted the lid. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location close to all amenities. Broken glass in parking lot. This property could definitely use a face lift."

"Spent two nights there recently and both nights there was a lot of noise in the hallway and coming from a room next door. Even called down to the front desk after being woken up several times by noise from a neighboring room but it still continued through the night. While the nights were noisy the rooms were decent."
