"Very nice relatively new boutique hotel. We have been looking out for a such an option in this area for many years and can now say that we have found one. The rooms are very nicely designed and clean, staff is courteous and personable. Terttulia has always been a favorite restaurant of ours. One suggestions I would make is to have additional breakfast menu items for long stays. Will certainly stay here again during next visit when we would like to see few minor improvements like shower temperature. Overall a wonderful experience "

"Every aspect of the Four Seasons in Mumbai spells comfort, class and sophistication. The staff at every touch point provided exemplary service. They were customer centric and very accommodating. The breakfast spread was large and multi cuisine. The rooftop lounge restaurant AER was stunning with incredible views. This was an oasis within the very noisy city of Mumbai. "

"Rooms were spotless,all staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is surely something to behold all manner of sweet and savoury delights, the idlis were particularly good served with sambal and the dosas were delicious with a lovely fluffy potato fillings.I’ve never been away at Christmas time before,the Taj had a magnificent tree and presents in the foyer with Christmas lights.They even laid on a Christmas parade with Santa on a motorcycle!! "I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit was subpar. The bedding appeared unwashed, and the check-in process was frustrating. To compound the issues, the showers were non-functional, and with only one working water heater, our group had to awkwardly share a single bathroom. Considering the price we paid, the overall experience was incredibly poor. To add insult to injury, we were charged a significant additional fee for overstaying by just one hour. I cannot in good conscience recommend this unit or Southside by Daily Stays. Their lack of professionalism is evident and unacceptable. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options for their stay."
