"Old dilapidated, dirty, there was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work, the coat rack, soap dispensers and bathroom racks were falling off of the walls. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We will never stay there again"

"The whole place was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was very good and go bags were available. We also enjoyed having a coffee station readily available in the lobby and all hours. The hotel is located just outside the Route 66 historic district in Williams and only one hour to the Park."

"Room and bathroom were spotless, comfortable bed, safe and central location, good breakfast. I would highly recommend this property. It's quaint, charming, comfortable, clean, and very centrally located within the town. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only (small) issue, mentioning only to warn others who might not be used to it, freight train tracks are right outside the hotel and the trains come very late at night - they LOVE to blow their horns at all hours of the morning....

"The heater made a lot of noise, had to turn it up to 82 just to get some heat in the room. Even turning it up to 82 it was just barely warm in the room. Other than that, the room was fine, the bed was comfortable, the area was quiet and secure. It is located close to downtown, so we were able to walk everywhere and not have to try to find a parking space. Overall I would recommend this motel to others. It was a very pleasant stay."

"Room was clean. We checked in on a Thursday but had no house keeping till Tuesday. Room had no woring smoke detector. "

"My main complaint was the hot tub. Water was green and had debris floating in it. Temperature was lukewarm and timer had to be reset every 5 minutes. No towels were available at the pool towel rack….. Breakfast was the standard you’d expect, nothing fancy…."

"This is the only Super 8 that didn’t have any type of continental breakfast, they offered coffee or juice. The rooms were clean but seriously in need of maintenance. The caulking around the tub was coming off, and the beds were very hard. "
