Courteous staff, great location, super clean hotel. Also breakfast area was spacious and had great selection.
Front desk staff, and the lady doing breakfast, were all amazing (kind, funny, etc). Clean, beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful lounging/meeting/work areas.

Wonderful! Hotel was clean and very nice. The employees were all super welcoming and friendly! Breakfast was wonderful!
Kim at the front desk NEEDS to be recognized!!
She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I feel like I’ve known her my whole life because of how friendly and worm she is.
The staff was above average from check in, housekeeping, kitchen etc. In my 66 years I have never experienced a more accommodating, friendly, bend over backwards group of staff members.
I had good night sleep on a comfy mattress with pillow options(!), a morning workout in a nicely appointed fitness center, a great shower with nicely stocked and good smelling products, and easy check in and check out. Will gladly come back!
We had a very comfortable stay. This property looks new. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff was courteous and eager to please. This property has some traffic noise and the floor above us was a little noisy with movement. We would definitely stay here again!
Great hotel with a well lit parking lot. There are not any restaurants for dinner close by. Friendly staff, rooms were quiet however the red light attached to one of the light fixtures never goes off and was highly annoying. Breakfast was great
Room was clean and modern, breakfast area was clean and food was good. There was a slight issue with our reservation and extra charges but Rhea took care of things right away and was so nice.
The pool was not functional, a large part of choosing this facility was for the pool. Staff reported it just went down the day we arrived and would be functioning the next day. The green cloudy water in the pool would signify that was not the full truth. And was not functioning even on the third day and looked worse. No shampoo or soap in the shower, eventually was supplied after asking on 2nd day. No maid service supplied during stay. Breakfaststaff, one person, was was overwhelmed by the number of visitors and ran out of many items. The out door gas burners were not functioning, according to staff had not been serviced for function yet for the season. (Cool springbreak weather is the season for outdoor warmers)Overall Staff were pleasant. Very disappointed. Wont try again.
This is a brand new, very clean and modern property. The hotel amenities were very good. The room is bare necessities. There is no coffee or microwave. The refrigerator is so small it was hard to store a to-go container. There is no closet but an 18” pole to hang clothes and a mini ironing board.
You can tell it’s a newly built property because you can hear the people above you walking/running back and forth in their room.

So as advertised Tru by Hilton has a “fun and colorful” presentation. Our 2 queen bedroom however had NO dresser and NO closet. If you are staying more than overnight, you will be living out of your luggage.
The room and bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. Minimalist is what you pay for and it is what you get.
The big selling point in the reviews was breakfast. This was the biggest disappointment of our stay. There was one totally overwhelmed employee working the entire breakfast area. There were no knives or spoons when they were needed, and the various waffle and pancake mixes were empty more often than not. But please understand that the offered breakfast was no different from any commercial hotel. The usual stuff and nothing special and obviously understaffed.
Housekeeping comes every 2 days apparently.
The staff behind the main desk were nice and courteous.
Only real negative was absolutely zero place to put your belongings. No closets to hang anything or dressers.
Kudos to Liticia and Amy
For trying to help us as much as possible. They were very pleasant and helpful.
