"Apartment is nice but the area is not ideal and the sliding glass door to balcony on first floor would not lock. Advertised as an Expedia VIP property but did not honor any offered rewards. I cannot affirm room upgrade availability but I only saw one other person at the property and no other cars in the parking lot. That said, the specific perk was listed as free late check out which we chose in order to work remotely. The hotel, via a California US Whatsapp number, instead tried to have us pay...
