"Please ensure that you go to the correct Ibis. We were directed around the side of the airport to the Ibis Budget. We spent an hour negotiating our trolley with cases back around to the other side of the airport to the Ibis Styles.... Once there, the staff were great, excellent room. Had a first class meal the following evening. Checkout excellent. "

"The cabin was clean,reception very friendly and helpful. They also put your vechile in storage ( if you fly out) and they also book a shuttle bus to the airport for you"

"Room was VERY dated, vanity unit was all cracked, towel rail fell off, carpet at bathroom entry was rotting and separated. Very noisy all night. Had dinner at the bistro and it was good and the staff were very helpful. No lift available for people with mobility issues. Air conditioner did not get cool at all. "

"Friendly and helpful staff with a great, free shuttle service from the airport. They also dropped us at the nearby train station so we could go into the city. There were supermarkets, bus stops and takeaways within walking distance."

"We needed a place close to the airport with an airport shuttle and a restaurant and the Ciloms Airport Lodge met that requirement well."

"We have stayed here a few times when we visit urbnsurf, tried a few in the area and it’s my favourite for the price. Rooms are quiet and stay dark as the sun rises, beds are comfy. Decent enough breakfast and quite a good meal in the restaurant also. Staff are lovely. "

"Booked King Spa suite. Room was okay, nothing flash. But mattress was rock hard. Sore hip the next day! Basic older style motel with usual amenities. Quite clean."

"This place is a good stay for late night finds after travelling from the air port. All though the room isn’t a 5 star hotel, does the job for needing a place to sleep. You have to carry bags up the stairs and the bathroom layout is strange. Bed wasn’t the best but did the job. The staff a friendly which was the positive about this stay. "
