"This is a beautiful hotel. But if you’re not into stairs this hotel is not for you! The reception is street level but that’s it. Everywhere else requires stairs to get to! But the views are well worth it! There is a shuttle running a few times a day into/from Fira which is convenient. It is only about a half hour walk though into town if you prefer. There is a convenience store across the street. The hotel smells like a spa! "

"It was a very pleasant stay..i cant even move on from the experience. Definetely going back to this hotel and santorini.. The hotel staffs are very helpful and informative. I had to catch a very early flight and i ask the hotel if i can had an early breakfast (5am) and they manage to do that. Soo happy! The minor complaint is only about the variety of the food (but not really a problem)."

"The staff was absolutely amazing - very friendly, provided directions and arranged transportation from airport and to the ferry. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to the room. We arrived very early (8 am) and they even provided us with breakfast that day. View and privacy were also very good.
