Room is spacious. Room entrance is welcome feel. Hot spring is nice. Hotel worker is warm and welcoming.

A lovely stay in a ryokan. The room was very large, the onsen facilities were great and it was easy to check in with very polite and helpful staff. The meals were great - very traditional Japanese food and a great way to try lots of new foods and explore the Japanese culture. An essential part of the Japanese experience.

The stay was peaceful and the staff are very kind to us. We had half-board and food was also very good.

Very nice accommodations for the price. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff (although their English is limited). Essential instructions are provided in English (although we are able to communicate in Japanese). Very generous and tasty Japanese style meals. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reasonable but good accommodations and is willing to challenge the language gap.

到着時刻が不確定だったため、夕食無しで予約しました。到着時に紹介して頂いた焼肉店暁は、とても良いお店でした。スタッフの方のお心遣いが、よい旅を後押ししてくれました。

夕食が大満足でした。
夕食が想像していたものよりもとても良かったです。お肉もお刺身もあり、品数も量もあって大満足でした。飲み物の注文などのときも子供に気さくに話しかけて下さって、日本ならではのおもてなしの気持ちを感じられました。 建物やお部屋の作りは古く、温泉も露天風呂がないので、モダンなお宿をお探しの場合は少し違うと思いますが、田舎ならではの良さを感じられる良いお宿でした。ありがとうございました。

宿泊者の感じたこと。
旅館はアットホーム的な感じがしたが部屋は寒く暖房が効かな買った、後トイレはやはり部屋にある方がよかった。そこがとても不便に感じた。

仲居さん達が優しいです。
子連れで一泊しました。 仲居さんた達が子供に話しかけてくださったり色々と気配りをしてくださいました。 お料理は量が多めで、完食出来ませんでした。すみません。 お風呂が熱めで子供が入るにはちょっと熱く残念でした。 あと部屋の洗面所からなんとも言えない排水溝からの匂いがあり気になりました。

良い点 ・かみのやま温泉駅から歩いていける ・接客がフレンドリー ・朝食の品数が豊富 悪い点 ・壁がうすく隣りの部屋の声がかなり聞こえる ・お風呂がすこし水臭い

観光目的の上山城が修繕工事をしていて外観の写真を撮る事が出来なかった。クアオルトの西山コースは山道に入ると蚊がいっぱい寄って来て危険。虫除けスプレーとか何も持って行かなかったので休憩なしの早歩きでやり過ごした。迷っても地元の人が親切に道案内してくれて助かった。ありがとう。
