"This is service apartment . For the price paid , very disappointed with the breakfast and the rooms. Better to just walk across to opposition stretch for local bf. The omelette totally raw, The room is huge and that the only consolation. The kettles , cups etc looked used. For the price , I would have expected better. Maybe my expectations are too high, cos I could have paid same and stayed in a better place."

"Booked 4 rooms for this stay. 1/4 room was perfect, for other 3/4 rooms: A/C was warm and humid, and another room’s pillowcase had a lipstick stain and odour. Staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating though. A/C was fixed immediately, and a room transfer was obliged. The breakfast selection did not offer a huge variety as I expected, and the porridge was quite cold. Staff was also super helpful and cared about missing items left behind after checkout. Overall, the service is top top. Hotel needs to brush up on room hygiene, maintenance, and improve breakfast variety for a more pleasant stay."
