"I specifically stated 3 persons for the night. While the sofa worked as a makeshift bed, there was no blanket for the 3rd person. The whole room had a musty smell and bidet not working. The showers at the pool were broken.. Since I prepaid and had to travel over 24hours, it's nerve wrecking to arrive in klia with no instructions to find the place. The check in instructions were detailed but came quite late after asking for directions twice. "

"This place is definitely top rated in Cheras. Connected to Metro and easy access to grab at lower ground floor. The reception is inside the mall like one of the store, so figuring out where it is, is slightly confusing but they send a video of how to reach so should be manageable. The studio is so clean, great for a family. Kitchen is good. Hot water geyser model is different here and can be tricky to learn how to use, if you havent used before. "Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"
