"Wonderful hotel, room is spacious and clean. Bathtub in the center of the toilet. Just be aware the toilet uses a curtain to cover up. Bed was cosy with options to request for different types of pillows. located in the center of town. Shopping malls just across the road. A great location will be definitely go back again. Oh and the door man named Vignesvaran provided excellent service and very helpful on how to use the automated carpark system. "

It is five minutes away from the popular Hin Bus Depot creative flea market (weekends only) and also the ever bustling Jalan Penang. "Arrived at the hotel at about 5 pm and was attended to by Staff Rimon at the counter, he is exceptionally welcoming and therefore making my check in especially pleasant. As I had make the booking just a day ago and it seems that the booking has not reflected yet in the system, he kindly explained to me and assured me that it would not be an issue. Additionally as my return flight is pretty late, he also try to accommodate my request for late check out as well as a high floor unit. The hotel also had a shuttle bus that operates in the evening to the nearby Queensbay mall and Rimon as well kindly did a reservation for me to and fro just to make sure that I have a seat on the shuttle. From the hotel is about a 15 minutes drive on the shuttle to the mall :). Just outside the hotels, there are stretches and plenty of food places. My stay here has been exceptionally pleasant and felt very welcoming especially because of Rimon, it nice to see him at the counter with his alway wide and warm welcoming smile :) The hotel booked is a family unit and is 94 sqm in size. It has a nice view of Penang island and that it has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom as well as a study room. It comes with also a balcony and also a living and dining area. Both of the bedrooms window have very good city view. We also managed to catch some fireworks on the night of the 28 June :). The decoration of the executive family suites is very modern and it really have the feel of home :). "
