Solid hotel, loved the tranquil environment and gardens which you could see inside and above. Very clear, and people were helpful. Well located, close to all key attractions in the city. And price was reasonable. Liked the shuttle to and from the train station.

A beautiful hotel very conveniently located. The room was very nice, spacious, with a nice view of the garden. Great breakfast buffet and we also had an excellent dinner at the hotel. Overall an excellent choice - it had a distinctive Japanese style and feel but was comfortable for westerners. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location - close to the castle, gardens and fish market as well as the loop bus service. Peaceful and restful hotel, spacious and comfortable room. My only complaint was that the LED light for the air con was way too bright at night.

Beautiful hotel, great location only a few minutes to the edge of the park. Also very close to the markets and places to eat. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a good variety. Overall a great hotel and we would definitely stay again!

The hotel is beautiful and the main floor is clean and well kept. The food was not the best and our room upon arrival was not stocked with anything except water and tea. Our room was very dusty and the view was not the best. Overall it was a pleasant stay close to the loop bus and market.

The hotel was fabulous and the staff on reception were amazing especially when an aggressive Go Driver made me pay on credit card for the fare despite me ordering on the app so effectively he charged me twice - the reception staff rang the taxi company to make the driver return and refund the money they were exceptional. The room was beautiful large bed and cleaned immaculately by the cleaning staff would definitely recommend as just near the park with the castle and about a ten minute walk from the historical areas. Would definitely return to this hotel
