"The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "

"A nice hotel with a big pool even though the pool area isn’t welcoming at all (nowhere to sit, no towels etc). I’ve seen some comments on stuff in previous reviews, I’d say that they were friendly in Indian standard. Good area close to the bus station. WiFi not working. "

"The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. "We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It’s a wonderful place with great staff and excellent customer service. I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. We would rate 10 / 10 in all aspects. We would definitely come back and highly recommended hotel if anyone coming to Thekkady!"
