"When we got to the room, the lamp by the bed wasn't there and neither was the TV remote. We went down to the front desk and the attendant was able to find us a remote. We told her about the bedside lamp to which she said she will look into it, but never got our room number (not who checked us in). The recliner was partially open and stuck that way, It doesn't close. We decided not to use that. The bed felt extra springy.
