I’m my opinion this hotel is dirty. I walked in the room and instantly noticed it smelled dirty. Floors are filthy…there was trash on the floor from the person in the room before me. The shower floor was dirty, and there was black slime at the threshold to the shower. It looked like at some point the refrigerator leaked and the cabinet it was in was literally pressed wood that was coming apart. I felt just dirty after staying at this hotel.

I stayed 2 different times and both time I had issues. The first time, there was no hot water and the next stay, thankfully we pushed on the door and realized that the door didn’t latch! It would have been open to anyone to enter. The key cards barely worked on the room doors, when I did get a room that locked and shut. There were stains on all of the carpets from the hallway to the rooms.

This place was so nasty. Also when we were checking in, the girl working the front desk proceeded to argue with a customer. Regardless if she was right, very unprofessional

I will start this off with the only POSITIVE thing about the property. Location is awesome if a person were going to Kansas Speedway, Children's Mercy Park (Sporting KC soccer stadium), Nebraska Furniture Mart, or the Legends Shopping Mall. Now the negatives: Exterior of building: Looked like an abandoned property with missing window screens, a broken window, and overgrown landscaping. Interior of Property: Carpet in the room and the hallway was filthy, the sofa bed mattress was stained, common areas were very dated, pool was closed (under repair) and the elevator was slow & the floor was super sticky.The elevator would actually drop (like it was falling) & shake upon startup and it made a grinding noise. Several people even stated that they were hoping that they didn't get stuck in it and have to be rescued. All of this for $192 a night!!!! We will definitely be choosing a different property on our next visit to this otherwise beautiful area for shopping & for sports fans!

Great location, check in service was minimal, room needed a deep cleaning as there were multiple stains on carpet and room chair. Bed was very comfortable and we did have a great night of sleep

A property past its prime. It is dingy and dated. The bed was not crisply made....looked like someone slept on it. I don't think that was the case. It was just an old mattress and bedding. Long waits at the front desk while the staff was in the back. Breakfast area dated, but was clean and well cared for.

The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent. The furniture was dirty. The air filter on the air handler was obviously filthy because the ceiling was covered in black dust where the air conditioning vents were. There was a food delivery bag with waste outside a room four doors from ours for two days, even though the room across the hall from it was serviced after one day. The housekeeper did not pick it up.

Room was fine. Hotel was quiet which was nice. Breakfast was decent. Staff was good but they definitely need a person to staff just the dining room for breakfast. Girl who was at the front desk was having to keep the breakfast food filled up and check people out. Too much for one person.
