Courteous staff, clean room. Only had an issue with the comforter being stained too much for my liking but it was replaced with a better one immediately! Loved the breakfast and lobby. Definitely, have to try the heated pool next time. I love this hotel, overall!

Staff was excellent, but the rest not so much. I kept smelling urine in the hallway. The room curtains were shredded and didn’t close. Shower tub needed new traction: I nearly slipped and fell. Room temp was too warm no matter how much I turned it down. But the bed was comfy and clean.

Our customer experience was great, everyone we dealt with from frnt desk to maintenance workers everyone was nice. Rooms were clean, main bed was very comfortable hide a bed was not so much. Lighting in parking lot could be better
