"I’ve stayed in cleaner rooms but excellent value stay"

"My room is great! Did not expect a full microwave, frig and dishwasher!! The Breakfast offered was amazing as well!! Between the regular cereal, there was eggs, Yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, and on! I would stay here again!!! "

"Staff and customer service were amazing. There is nothing they can do about the people hanging around. We saw people coming in through a gate in the back area right next to where we would have been staying. That, along with people sitting on the stairwells, made us a bit uncomfortable. We were traveling with children, if it was just us two adults it would have been okay. We were able to get a refund and that was an easy process. Other than that, the property was maintained, clean surroundings, convenient location, great pricing. I would definitely stay if we had no children with us."

"The only real disappointment was kid’s running up and down the hallway and yelling back and forth to each other. There were ball teams staying there. Not sure it can be blamed on the hotel, they just needed more supervision."

"Easy check in. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy off-street parking. Comfortable, clean room with all the basic necessities along with a comfortable bed. I liked the pillows but my spouse prefers fluffier. So if you have a special pillow preference and you can travel with your pillow - do it. Breakfast was decent but could be a little crowded because of the layout—which in my experience is typical for a downtown hotel. Check out was also easy and no hassle. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was a great time, my granddaughter had the best time and that's what's important. Build a bear great staff and very helpful but should have been more clear about the fee bear with the paw passes! Food prices a bit high but not bad enough wouldn't stay again. "
