"The hotel is extremely un maintained. We were there for four nights and now once we got her room cleaned, even though we asked. Staff extremely unprofessional don’t answer their phone. Don’t listen to your needs. Also, the parking it was a scam, it’s a third-party service where they charge you and they don’t tell you the amount you get to find out when you check out. Never had service this bad."

"The pool was nice. The room AC was not working well. The “full” breakfast was sausage, eggs (they only sat at once and was gone by 8 am),and waffles. The family suite was spacious but only had 2 towels. There was no towels at the pool. The ice machine only worked on floors 2 and 7. We needed to leave a day early and their cancellation policy is strict so if you want to leave early because of the AC, you just have to eat the cost."

"The hotel was very Rundown the hot tub and the pool was very dirty the food for the breakfast buffet was few and far between and not hot the light bulbs were out in the rooms the telephone never worked and the microwave didn't work and there is no restaurants on site or bars on site like it says on their website never will I stay there again"

"We got bed bugs and I believe it was from here , husband and Son all got the bites on us. The hotel before that we stayed in, our son was not there. So that narrowed it down to this place or the next hurt we went to. Place looked clean overall. Staff nice. Bathtub would not drain. You had to stand in water to shower."
