The Khmer architecture felt like something out of a dream, and every detail of the villa was stunning. My mom and I mentioned that we really wanted to try fish amok, and one evening they surprised us by preparing it for dinner. The chef did an absolutely phenomenal job. It was quite literally the best meal of my life. And honestly, all of the food throughout our stay was wonderful.
