"I booked this hotel for my sister while she was visiting our mum at the hospital, which is just a 3-minute walk away. It’s also within easy walking distance to nearby cafés and restaurants. "Big hotel, nice pool. Room was was spacious with a clean bathroom but the carpet in the room was absolutely filthy. Stains everywhere. I didn't want to walk around in the room and did use the provided paper slippers. Also the window did not seal-there was an actual gap, and the room faces the street so I had to sleep with earplugs. "

"Good location if you like being close to the pier for traveling to the islands, and having the convenience of a mall right next door. The rooms are average at best and the breakfast buffet could be greatly improved with some traditional breakfast meats and a dedicated omelette station. One thing I found very good was the hiring of the deaf for the positions that do not require regular verbal interaction."
