The people at reception were usually kind too, however rarely seemed to have solutions to our problems with the Wi-Fi and lack of water in the room on Day 3. We were greeted at this beautiful hotel on arrival, and shown to our room, which was actually in a cabin type accommodation with a veranda and spectacular views of the lake. They have their own bar, which was great for beer and they also had some great tea flavours. The soap in the room smelled amazing. The room was really spacious and had its own kitchenette and fireplace. The breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel. Located in the mountains a few hundred meters from a waterfall and surrounded by the forest. The view is spectacular and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We wished that we could have stayed longer.

What a gem, we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and every staff member we interacted with was warm and friendly. Exactly what anyone wants from a hotel. We were delayed arriving, this wasn't an issue from Andreau who welcomed us and gave a great recomendation for dinner. Evie, was working each morning we were there, providing us coffee, and explaining the breakfast options. She was also so helpful with our lost luggage and getting it back.

Very large room and bed with sofa, dining table and small kitchen with a fabulous view of the Meteora. Although located in a new part of town it was in fact only 10 minutes walk from the centre which has an abundance of cafes , bars and restaurants. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The location is new and, as at June 2024, not properly served by my car satnav or my iPhone map. However google maps worked and the manager sent a link to the Google map app to guide us in. Very pleased...

Very good hotel. Room was very comfortable, with a balcony if we needed it. Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh choices. Staff were extreme helpful. Parking was easy in the hotel’s car park in front of reception. Good location at the side of the town, a short drive to the monasteries. We didn’t use the hotel facilities except the gym, which was good.
