"Helt okej boende. Svårt att få varmt vatten i duschen. Fick ingen bra hjälp med hur tv:n fungerade och frukosten va okej, inte dagsfärskt bröd och det varma hölls varmt av värmelampa så va inte så varmt när man kom ner runt 8."

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

"Dårlig renhold. Vi måtte få redd opp sengene på nytt, da det var hår i alle 4. Teppene var ikke rene , og det mangler håndkler. Frokosten var bra og beliggenheten i forhold til Liseberg utmerket. Trikken går på utsiden, og det var gode parkeringsmuligheter på hotellet til en rimelig pris."
