"The hotel was clean and the restaurant was far better food than we expected for a hotel. Staff wasn't understanding of our need to find tourist shopping and sent us downtown. Bari is a large city and traffic, parking and overall Italy experience were not great because it is a large city. Great place to stay for our last night in Italy, and near the airport with a shuttle service that was fabulous.
Pool and hot tub were great. all in all a nice experience."

"Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!"

"No greeting properly. Just sent photos and written letters text but tolerable. No end tables by bed. Shutters did not work. Had to push them up to get out to balcony in which their was towels and sheet drying and a bed cot. Looked like we were sharing a home! Yuk. "

"We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "
