"Lovely, spacious, and clean room - but it was extremely hot. It was too noisy to open a window overnight due to the main road being right outside (high volume of lorries/trucks) and there was no AC or fan in the room. We requested a twin room when booking but it was made up as a double on arrival. We called the hotline on the check in info and a lady was with us in 10 mins with 2 twin sheets to change the set up which was good."

"Support on the phone was great since our registration online was not completed. They gave us codes for our rooms. However, the address was confusing because the address does not take you to the "real"entrance. GPS takes you to the back of the building where the 2 doors were closed with no explanation about how to get to rooms. "The Schafli is a companion hotel to the Hotel Uzwil which is a good 4*. Breakfast was at the Uzwil, a 10 minute walk but worth it as an above average breakfast in a lovely clean restaurant. The bedroom at Schafli was clean, good sized shower room and functional. No staff on site and seems to cater over business overnight customers.
