"We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"The people and place were welcoming and helpful. From dealing with a medical emergency to finding a last minute ride to the airport, our hosts could not have been more lovely. They accommodated us more then enough and treated us like family/close friends. We loved our down time at the villa in the swimming pool and on the amazing verandas, and strolling the streets of the village throughout the day was peaceful and picturesque. Checking out was easy and they even have a luggage store if your flight is later and need somewhere to store it until your departure! "Absolutely phenomenal! Gorgeous apartment, perfect location close to everything. The hot tub was divine. The hostess was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. We were very grateful for complimentary luggage storage in the building locker on our last day. The shower is luxurious although the water pressure is on the lower side, just as an FYI in case that’s a big issue for someone. But it was no biggie when the place was so comfortable and amazing!!!! Highly recommend, such a treat to...

Top Karteros Hotel Reviews

GDM Megaron Historical Monument Hotel

GDM Megaron Historical Monument Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I stayed here overnight before our flight back to LA and it was perfect. It’s a gorgeous and chic historical hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating and gave us a nice complimentary upgrade for our anniversary (so sweet!). The housekeeping woman was also so nice and left us some local treats and Raki. The room was huge and the bed was also really comfortable (I am very picky with beds, especially in Europe). The large bathroom was by far the nicest of all of the hotels we stayed throughout our time in Greece with Korres bath products which was a very classy touch. Amazing rain shower and water pressure. Make sure not to leave Greece without picking up some Korres! The rooftop is perfect for sunset drinks. We didn’t have time for the pool, but if we were there for longer we definitely would have taken advantage. It’s on the smaller side but perfect for a quick dip. It is also very well located in a safe area and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants while also being a quick drive to the airport for an early departure. We had a nice time walking along the marina and checking out all of the boats and grabbing a fresh seafood dinner on the water. We were trying to locate a specific type of unique souvenir we had been looking for but couldn’t find throughout our trip, and the front desk receptionist was very helpful in helping us find it a short walk away! Will come back for longer next time, thanks GDM!"
