I specifically reserved this hotel because of these amenities and to show up and find out that we could not use them was very disappointing. Even when I called ahead to confirm the reservation, there was no mention of these amenities not being available. It could have easily been mentioned by the person on the phone. "The hotel does not have a hot tub. Manager said they told Expedia to no avail. Front desk manager is very friendly and assisted me to resolve duplicate booking issue with Expedia. Very good breakfast options with fresh fruits. Coffee and tea at lobby all day long."

"Property is clean. It is located close to the road so you can hear the traffic and trucks all night long if you are a light sleeper. The bed is VERY firm as well. The shower pressure is really good and the water gets hot— nice and relaxing after hiking and looking for elk."
