"This is the second time staying here and the service and hotel is great!! Staff goes above and beyond their jobs to help and the hotel is immaculate. Its location is just a short walk from Plaza Mayor yet is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. The views are fantastic!! On some mornings like today you can watch the hot air balloons take off and float overhead. I travel a lot and give this hotel my highest praise.
