"Wow. Just…wow! Beautiful building and interior, very clean rooms. Insanely great shower/tub/sauna bathroom. Spend the extra pittance for the sauna upgrade and thank me later. We arrived early, before the room was expected to be ready, but the front desk tagged and stored our luggage and delivered to the room once it was ready. Very convenient walking distance to Gion area temples and shrines. Easy access to other parts via the bus stop 100 ft away. 帰る方所ですね！"

"Everything was perfect. It comes with a laundry in your room, but no dryer. However you can hang them in the bathroom and turn on the heater and it’ll dry quick. It was a beautiful hotel"

"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"This Kyoto hostel completely overturned my impression of local accommodations being typically cramped. Very clean and comfortable. High-quality beddings.The living room was surprisingly spacious—easily accommodating our big group with over ten large suitcases!
