"Sunrise cottage is a fantastic find. On a busy road, it is a quiet Haven with views of the mountains and the passing toy train. It's very clean and well maintained for an older property. The staff were always very helpful, especially the desk manager., Noks."

"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads.
The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full...
