"Very bice hotel and staff"

"Location was perfect - clise to transport and shopping; breakfast buffet provided many choices (traditional Japanese - fresh tofu, grilled fish, congee, etc., and western - omelet station, salads, sausage, potatoes, and was delicious. Rooms are a bit worn/dated and could use a refresh but it didn’t bother us at all."

"Nice place in the heart of Ginza. Room was small but bathroom was amazing. Could sit in tub with view of Tokyo tower"

"Good hotel, nothing crazy fancy or anything. Staff was helpful and friendly. 15 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. Basic room is very small, if traveling with a partner, get a room with 2 beds, it adds so much more space. "

"Very cool hotel, has a fun vibe and great location. They have a market inside the store to get late night snacks. They were so nice as well. "
