"I could be wrong but it appears this building is used as a homeless shelter! Pulled in and there were multiple drug deals going on in the parking lot. Room was decent, bath tub was filthy and the halls smelled like marijuana at all times of the day and night!"

"We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again."

"Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day....

"The young man at the desk was very friendly and kind (AND I have to mention a ginger with blue eyes!) Very nice young man and helpful as well. Breakfast was awful. I know it's free so shouldn't complain but, ice cold eggs and sausage. They were even in a warmer. Otherwise the room was nice, the bed comfy anr/ .shower was great."

"The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas. "It was a very good place to stay especially given the price. The breakfast was WAY better than most hotels-- the eggs, etc, were actually made there. Real waffles, not frozen. I'm glad we discovered this place!"

"Hotelbinformed me there was an airport shuttle but on arrival there was not and it was extremely difficult finding a taxi or Uber. No info from hotel on that."
