"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."

"An incredibly nice hotel. This was the hotel we stayed at the night before flying out of Japan as we wanted to see Narita and shop the mall. They have a shuttle from the hotel that allows you to do this, and a shuttle that took us to the airport the following day. Super convenient. The room itself was great, almost a 'classic' North American style room, which was cozy, clean, and spacious. The hotel has a convenient store within it, a couple restaurants, offers free wifi, and the front desk and concierge staff are incredibly kind and receptive to everything we asked or needed. They were also able to accept our luggage being forwarded from our Tokyo hotel. Would definitely stay here again!"
