"Not as advertised. The description for this property describes the adjoining property. This is a no frills, run down property that needs lots of love. Literal hole in the wall in the bathroom, lumpy mattress, lights on the bed did not work. Musty smell masked by air freshener. A good strong push against the door would open it chained and locked (Housekeeping did exactly that). I did not feel safe here."

"Room was clean. Bathroom was dim and girls could not do makeup in there. Shower head was not spraying well and the water pressure was low. The staff were friendly and helped right away. The breakfast was fresh. "

"The hotel is probably about 6 feet from a major interstate, I-10 so good luck getting a halfway decent nights sleep. Although not necessarily the hotel owner/staff’s fault the hotel might be perfect for an hourly rental, if you read between the lines. During my stay there were numerous guests fighting most of the night and either one or multiple car alarms that went off at least a dozen times. The inconsiderate owner(s) of the vehicle(s) let it cycle through for 20+ minutes each time, obviously ignoring their responsibility to address the alarm. The staff should be more attentive to the excessive noise all hours of the night and remove unruly pests, I meant guests. As far as an 8/10 rating, this is absolutely fake, it’s more like a 3/10. "

"the heater was not working, i went back to the reception, the staff in charge instead of helping me find a solution she simply said the maintenance person is not there, the heater should be working instead of ofering a solution, I literally had to tell her how i could sleep in a cold room on a cold day and why she cant simply find another room, eventulayy she found another room on the gorund floor that was smelling, this is rediculous that you have a person in charge that was so unhelpful, the person in charge seemed inexperienced and needs training to be in the front desk dealing with customers"

"When we went into the assigned room and turned on the light, there were 3 spiders in different locations in the room. we immediately went back to tell the front desk about the sipders, they offered another room, but we said no, did not want to be bitten by spiders. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION"
