"Spacious, clean rooms. The pool and slide were great for kids and the mini golf and activity centers were great ways to take a break from the sun during peak hours. The wi-fi was spotty in the room and the beach is somewhat rocky - great snorkeling but less apt for swimming with kids. Overall a great spot, with the food trucks and grocery store within walking distance. Would go back!"

"The room was dirty and I had to mop the floor, the room had a musty smell which were all reported. The pictures online don’t match what rooms are now. Just really old. Very deceitful. Needs to be updated on your website. also the hotel had no air conditioning, could have been nice to notify is so we could have made other accommodations.. They did waive the parking fee. But it was Hot and humid in the room. They also were remodeling the room next door and had equipment carts in front of our door. We couldn’t open the door for air due to paint fumes and carpet cleaning. Loud and annoying. Was not worth the money we paid. Also do not use the excursion desk, i booked a trip for my mother in laws birthday and we were given the wrong address for the excursion. They did get us rescheduled but it wasn’t on her birthday. "
