"The staff was very nice and friendly. They went out of the way to accommodate my ride to the airport early in the morning. The check-in was nice and smooth. Rooms were clean and nice. I waa there for 10 days and 9 nights . This place was perfect for my stay in the Philippines."

"Everything was great.
Staff was very helpful in verifying the exact rooms we booked.
Just be mindful when getting the address.
This place is made up of multiple clusters ( ABC etc...) Communicate with your host & ask what specific Phase & Cluster you're supposed to be in. You & your driver will truly appreciate it.
The area is very close to great shopping malls."

"We were expecting some toiletries (basic ones like soap, shampoo and conditioner), none was provided. Water heater not working. Toilet tissue was only half of the roll, not enough. Wifi was very weak.
Its not our first time staying in Tess & Tessha, we enjoyed our previous stays. But this time, we were somewhat disappointed. Eda (host) came in late to check us in. Maybe 45 to 1hr after we arrived.
No communication at all. Did not even bother checking on us if we needed anything, after she...
