"I stayed here for nine days in August and I would definitely stay here again. The room I rented was nice, comfortable, and not too expensive. They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. I had a very pleasant stay in the Philippines and a big reason why was having this place to return to after my daytime adventures in Manila. If you're planning on staying in Manila...

"My sister and I were very impressed with this place. The host was terrific; she had us load our luggage onto a lift while we took the stairs. I was relieved we didn’t have to carry our luggage that far. Yes, it was warm when we first entered the room, but the air conditioning in the bedroom cooled it down quickly. The place was spotless, and I have never seen sheets so white in my life. It was remarkable because it is an older building that is well-maintained.

"Place is very good and clean BUT there is a smell coming from the bathroom that goes on and off. Not the worst thing ever, but worth noting. Still a 5 star from me, friendly staff and they clean the room quick if you request. I would stay again "
