Relaxing getaway
Second time to stay here. Love the outdoor hot spring. Relaxing getaway. Buffett dining has a great range of mountain vegetables at both dinner and. Breakfast.

As of Sept 2019, for some bizarre reason they will only clean your room if you hang up a "clean my room" sign outside of your door. We were not told this during check-in, and there was no mention of it in Japanese or English in their material in my hotel room. Naturally we were very surprised when we got back to our room on the evening on day 2 to a room with no new towels, no nothing. To be fair once we called reception they came up with new towels and such, but still somewhat bizarre. A couple of days or so before going to the hotel I'd made a booking for 19:00 for dinner for my first night. I arrived at the hotel to be told that "maybe I can eat there at 18:30, but we'll call you". 18:25, waiting in my room, no notification at all from the hotel. I call asking what's going on, they say had booked me for 19:30 (without my consent). Then they call a bit later saying that 19:00 works after all...Totally unprofessional considering it's a hotel in Japan. (I speak Japanese, so misunderstanding due to languages is out of the question). Otherwise the food was nice and the facilities were good.

I don’t know if we were there on a wrong day. The male onsen the water was quite dirty on the day we arrived and the next day still. My wife enjoyed the womens area she said it was clean. Food was nice and delicious service local produce and cuisine.

のんびりとした時間
2泊でしたが、家族でのんびりと過ごすことが出来ました。特に露天風呂は気持ちよかったです。また来年ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

お料理もとても美味しかったです。 子供には少し合わないお料理かも…です。 スタッフの方もほんとに親切。 お掃除もとてもいきとどいており お風呂場に髪の毛も落ちていないのには ビックリでした。 吹雪の中で露天風呂に入る事ができ 人生で最高のホテルでした

매우 흘륭한 숙소입니다.
호텔로비에 들어섰을 때 그 규모와 깨끗한 관리상태에 놀랐고 제대로 된 온천호텔이라는 느낌을 받았습니다. 사진에서 보고 기대했던 온천탕은 말로 표현할 수 없을 정도로 만족스러웠습니다. 우선 노천탕과 반노천탕이 넓고 개방감이 굉장하며 실내탕도 매우 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 가을에 꼭 다시 방문하여 노천탕에서 단풍을 보면 너무 좋겠다고 생각하였습니다. 다만 주변에 별다른 편의시설이 없다는 점은 단점일 수 있으나 아오모리나 아키타, 이와테 어느쪽으로 가든 동북자동차도로를 이용하면 1시간내로 갈 수 있어서 교통도 편리한 편입니다. 그리고 투숙객이 많았음에도 주로 현지인 위주라서 조용하고 편안하게 쉴 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 석식은 뷔페였는데 음식이 화려하지는 않았지만 채소위주의 건강한 식단이었습니다. 소고기 스테이크가 추가되었더라면 더 좋았을것 같아요~ 또한 본관에서 온천탕이 있는 별관까지 가는 통로도 그다지 복잡하지 않아 노인들이 이용하기에도 동선이 좋았습니다. 별로 흠잡을 데가 없는 매우 좋은 숙소였습니다.

いいお湯でした！
そこそこ宿泊客が多いし、食事はビュッフェスタイルなので、あまり期待してなかったけど、なかなか美味しかったし、種類も豊富でした。かえっていろんなものを少しずつ食べることができて、秋田が初めてだったかみさんも喜んでくれました。 しかし何より温泉がよかった。個人的な好みは、和みの湯、というお風呂。本当にリラックスできた。 かみさんがいうには、お風呂上りに化粧水つけなかったのに、肌がつるつるだそうな。

温泉と接客が素敵な温泉ホテル。
温泉，内装ともとても満足でした。お食事も和食中心で地元の食材を多く用いとても美味しかったです。またきりたんぽ等よそって下さるスタッフさんがとても気さくで温かいおもてなしを感じました。 建物の外観は昭和バブル期を感じますが、内装は綺麗で落ち着いていて、空間も広くのんびりするにはとても最適でした。大満足です。また利用したいと思います。
