The service was excellent. We had dinner at breakfast and the staff were brilliant. Particularly loved the ladies that looked after us at breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. The decor is a little tired in places but did not distract from a very pleasant one night stay. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for two nights whilst touring SW Ireland and the hotel is ideally situated for trips to both the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. Rooms and en suite bathrooms are of a good size with all the amenities a British traveller would expect - tea/coffee making and a hair dryer. The hotel bar is extremely popular with visitors and locals alike taking advantage of well priced and well cooked dining. My beef and Guinness pie on the first night was well packed with tasty beef. We had a lovely stay it was a beautiful hotel I will be back

Perfectly positioned hotel to enjoy Kenmare whilst spending time on the Ring of Kerry.

Excellent stay at Sheen falls staff were all wonderful amazing stay.

Very comfortable and close to town

From our initial greeting from the concierge to settling our account every member of staff made us feel valued and judged the level of attention just right. The room was very comfortable - great bed, bathroom and view from the windrow. Breakfast was a treat - great variety in the buffet and hot food freshly cooked to order The hotel is a short stroll from the town and brilliantly located to explore the local area. The hotel spa facilities were also wonderful - with pool, sauna, hot tubs and...

Fantastic hotel, and Sarah at reception was particularly helpful and friendly. My only criticism was the breakfast. Expensive and not particularly good, but otherwise we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

We spent one night in this beautiful hotel last week. It is located right in the centre of the town and very close to the start of amazing Ring of Kerry. We arrived at 2.30pm but room was not ready - check in is after 3pm. After a little discussion with the receptionist we were given another room where the guest had not yet arrived. This meant that we were in the room next to our travelling companions. The room and bathroom were spotless and very spacious. The breakfast was self service with a...

All good, lovely room, food nice in bar - didn’t have time for spa unfortunately

Great hotel

This hotel is very welcoming rooms are excellent and breakfast delicious

Everything about this hotel is wonderful!

From the moment we entered the hotel and met the concierge, Teddy, until we left three days later we were made to feel special. We were helped each with suggestions of where to visit and what to see. On the first evening after a tiring trip out to Killarney, we found the atmosphere in the adjoining Irish Pub, Jarveys, wonderful and welcoming. The following day it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we celebrated with an excellent meal in "The YewTree" restaurant. When the staff found out...
