I felt like it was a nice hotel. Was sad the Elephant Eye was closed. Even though they are renovating and updating our stay was amazing. Great customer services when checking in and out.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place after reading some negative reviews. Our room was was one that had been redone and it was great! Comfy bed, nice and roomy, nice bathroom and just a very attractive, comfortable room. No complaints. Glad we stayed here.

Clean, bit run down, bed comfy, pool was freezing couldnt use. Has great potential to be brought back to its glory days!!! Beautiful wood work thru out, pool area is amazing just not usable due to freezing water. Great for a cheaper over night stay, will stay again.

The hotel was magnificent at one time. Now it’s older and not maintained real well. The staff was great and the room was good. It was right next to the pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance and we never got to go swimming. The pool area was beautiful.

I would stay there again.

The room was fine. We had the poolside room so we had a patio straight tot he pool which was cool. You could see a some wear and tear on the furniture but nothing bad. The only “not good” thing was that the patio door was really hard to open and close.

I can’t say enough about the staff. Super nice at check in. Forgot my blanket, which was sentimental gift. They called and saved the blanket until I could get it picked up. It is an older hotel, and could use some updates.

The staff is great bordering on amazing. They’re clearly aware that the property is trash. But you get what you pay for. The shower was a trickle and the refrigerator didn’t work. Otherwise, the stay was fine.
