"On arrival everything was great. Staff at the reception were welcoming, got a recommendation for dinner and the room was perfect. The bed was also exceptional. I can't fault it. The exit was not so easy. The sensor to open the rollerdoor just wouldn't work. The driveway was on an incline so here I am going up and down trying to find the sensor in a concrete floor with no luck at all. I called reception and said I was trapped. A young man answered and said 'hold on a minute' then hung up on me. I waited a minute or 2 and no one came out so I called back. While the phone was ringing I see a man walk out and open the rollerdoor. He didn't hang around though it would have been nice if he said something. I found this extremely rude."

"Room was very dusty especially the wall behind the bed and for an asthmatic like me it was very bad. Front staff could do with some training in basic customer service skills. Great property otherwise and location is fantastic."
