They have convenient parking which is a must have for me. Bathrooms are updated and always clean. And the location is perfect for concerts, arts and leisure, restaurant to be easily accessed. "

"Front desk never answered, coffeemaker didn’t work, replaced by housekeeping guy I ran into in the hallway and second one didn’t work either, didnt get wake up call I requested, lots of loud noises, couldn’t sleep, TV batteries dead so TV didn’t work. Shuttle driver almost ran into EMS crew on road. Old, dilapidated shuttle. Terrible service. "

"We arrived at 1 am after a late flight. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and the shuttle to Newark International is a plus."

The food was trash the staff was not very friendly almost everyone was Hispanic and spoke Spanish I asked for a late checkout and was told I have to come back to the front desk the day of my departure. I called the front desk the morning of my departure just to be told “he would call back” no one called back. One morning I was working out and the treadmill wasn’t working told front desk they stated they would send someone. When he came over all he did was un-plug it and plug it back in; none of the buttons operated properly and the belt did not move Would not recommend at all convience for traveling to mall is about it if looking for comfort and quality of staff would not recommend "
