"Clean room, friendly staff, ok breakfast (could use more fruit, nuts and other non-processed options). Old air conditioning units, a little noisy. No elevator. Ok for the price."

Both were easy to accomplish, although the park is a pretty decent drive away. Bismarck is a cute town and is worth seeing on its own as well."

"The staff was very rude, the room was torn apart in places, I'm assuming it was paint splatter on the walls in the bathroom, although the color of splatter was nowhere in the room or the hotel that I ever saw, cracked tiles in the bathroom."

"Very comfortable. We only stayed one night but our room was equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave and electric stove top. This would be a pleasant place for a longer stay. Bed was very comfortable, nice size bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser provided."

"I called the day before our arrival to ask if there was any possibility of an earlier check-in since I was scheduled for a procedure early the next morning I had to prepare for and wanted time to get settled and rest. "For a $140 hotel, it was pretty disappointing. Walked in the room and the AC was off, 90% humidity and probably 90 degrees. Took an hour for it to cool to comfort. Multiple bugs found throughout it. Pee stains on the toilet seat. TV was so hard to use and had no channel guide. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Just overall very unpleasant and gross."

"Although the room was clean; the hotel was in bad repair. It appears that Best Western May have recently obtained property; no sign out front. We were given a room that had not been cleaned; however, the front desk lady was quick to give us another room that was clean. Breakfast was short on food."

"white bedding full of black fuzzy lint. At first thought was bed bugs but was not. Shower floor is slippery, should have a mat in the shower. Outside by elevator by our entry door was full of trash. Not very appealing. Beds ok and water pressure for shower was great."
