Maybe she meant she went to reset It in a utility room..?? Well we went up..still not working .husband called desk . She said she had come to our room and reset it and it was fine. Who gave her permission to enter our room?????? she said she's giving us a new room..She did not mention giving us a discount ..I feel like we were owed something ..at least a damn bottle of water!! "The staff were so accomodating and caring when my son slipped and fell. The guy at the front desk provided all the first aid supplies we needed. I plan on staying there again of we pass through."
