"Staff knocked on my door at 8am and 10am to ask what time I will be leaving although their check out time clearly states 11am. This was very disturbing as we arrived late to the property. The front staff took their time and did not prioritize to check us in after we kept informing them of late arrival due to traffic and weather conditions. "The apartment was wonderful. Clean, spacious, and well equipped with all the necessities. The bed was comfortable. We did not make it to the restaurant and bar, or talk to any staff, but everything needed is sent by the owner via text before you arrive. "

"I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

"Disgusting. The shampoo had mold in it, the shower handle came off and halfway through my shower it almost flooded. I had to wait about 3 hours to be able to finally wash out my hair to get someone to come down. We got locked out of our own bedroom after we put everything in there and had to pick the door ourselves since they took so long. The chair was cracked and put back together and overall was gross. The sheets had hairs on them that weren’t ours."
